Widra

Terms & Conditions

Last updated: June 24, 2026

1. Acceptance of terms

By installing or using the Widra application (the “App”) on your Shopify store, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions. If you do not agree, do not install or use the App.

2. Description of service

Widra integrates a “Right of withdrawal” button directly on the order status page in Shopify customer accounts, lets customers submit a withdrawal request within the configured window, and records each request on the order (metafield, tag, and timeline note) for the merchant to review, approve, or reject. Features may change, be added, or be removed at any time.

3. Compliance and merchant responsibility

Widra is a tool that captures and timestamps a customer’s withdrawal declaration. It does not by itself issue refunds, generate return labels, or provide legal advice. Determining eligibility, honoring statutory deadlines (including the EU 14-day right of withdrawal under Directive 2011/83/EU), and issuing refunds remain the sole responsibility of the merchant. You are responsible for ensuring your store’s use of the App complies with applicable laws.

4. Data

The App processes order and customer identifiers only to the extent needed to record and display withdrawal requests, and stores session credentials required to operate. It does not sell personal data. Withdrawal records are stored on your Shopify order data and remain under your control.

5. Disclaimer of warranties

The App is provided “as is” and “as available”, without warranties of any kind, whether express or implied, including fitness for a particular purpose and non-infringement.

6. Limitation of liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, Widra and its developers shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, or consequential damages, or for any loss arising from missed withdrawal deadlines, refunds, or regulatory non-compliance, arising out of your use of the App.

7. Changes to these terms

We may update these Terms from time to time. Continued use of the App after changes take effect constitutes acceptance of the revised Terms.

8. Contact

Questions about these Terms can be directed to the app’s support contact listed on its Shopify App Store or Partner Dashboard listing.
